At Asaleo Care, taking care is central to everything we do. For us, taking care means understanding the needs of others, developing new solutions and innovative products to meet those needs. Our values – Integrity, Courage and Pride – are reflected in all that we do.  

Our Quality Promise is to deliver products and services that are functional, safe and provide care, comfort and confidence to our customers and consumers every day.

We will achieve this through our commitment to:

  • Ensure this policy and our quality objectives and targets align with Asaleo Care's strategic direction and context.
  • Promote quality in our workplace through our policy, procedures, training and a shared responsibility for the quality of our products and services. Comply fully with all applicable regulatory, voluntary standards and other internal and external requirements. Challenge ourselves to improve continually the Quality Management System as well as product and service quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Anticipate, understand and respond to the changing needs of our interested parties, especially our customers and consumers.

We expect our suppliers to comply with our policies and standards at all times. If our suppliers are unwilling or unable to comply with our quality requirements within the timeframes we set, we will end our relationships with them.

This policy is communicated and implemented throughout the organisation and made available to all external interested parties on our website.

The Executive General Manager Supply is responsible for the implementation of this Policy and the effectiveness of our Company’s Quality Management System.
